abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of bitumen-polymer primers for corrosion protection of steel pipelines, metal tanks and oil storage tanks for industrial and civil construction. Bitumen-polymer primer contains bitumen-polymer mastic, phenol-formaldehyde resin, butyl rubber and EPDM-40 (ethylene propylene diene monomer), ED-20 thermosetting resin, organic solvent. Primer further comprises a salt of higher aliphatic acids with alkaline earth metal Ca, or Mg or Ba, octadecylamine and organosilicon compound based on substituted trialkoxysilane with a total of 2–5 mass% and at the following content of components in the primer, mass%: bitumen-polymer mastic 20–30, phenol-formaldehyde resin 2–4, butyl rubber and EPDM-40 2–4, ED-20 thermosetting resin 3–5, a salt of higher aliphatic acids with an alkaline earth metal Ca, or Mg, or Ba 0.1–2.25, octadecylamine 0.1–2.25, organosilicon compound 0.5–3.75, organic solvent remaining. n EFFECT: maintenance of a primer bitumen-polymer with high technological indicators on adhesive strength to metal, water resistance, resistance to cathodic disbondment, and effective inhibition of process of the tube steel stress-corrosion cracking, which increases the operational reliability of the primer coating. n 3 cl, 2 tbl, 5 ex |
