titleOfInvention | Composition of the simplest explosive and the method of its implementation |
abstract | FIELD: blasting operations. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive work, namely, the simplest explosive. Composition includes an oxidizing agent in the form of granular ammonium nitrate and powder material and fuel in the form of a liquid and a solid phase. Ratio of the liquid and solid phases of the fuel is determined on the basis of the parity contribution to the overall oxygen balance of the fuel, while ensuring the zero oxygen balance of the simplest explosive. As the powder material contains ground ammonium nitrate or nitrates of metals of alkali group, as a liquid phase of fuel, oil products are used, and as the solid phase coal powder, coke breeze or rubber crumb of fractional composition – 0.5+0.063 mm are used with the coefficient of anisodiametry of the shape of particles 1–6. Composition is obtained by mixing the components. Composition is intended for production at stationary points of manufacture of granulated industrial explosives and in mixing-charging machines. n EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the completeness of energy release in the explosive transformation of the simplest explosive and increasing the physical stability and detonation ability of explosives. n 9 cl, 1 tbl |
