titleOfInvention Method of application of electric erosion-resistant coatings based on tin and silver oxides onto the copper electric contacts
abstract FIELD: electrical engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the formation on the copper contacts of coatings based on tin and silver oxides, which can be used in electrical engineering. Method includes an electric explosion of the composite electrically exploding conductor, which consists of the two-layer flat silver shell with the weight of 60–360 mg and the core in the form of the tin oxide powder with the weight equal to 0.5–2.0 of the shell mass, forming from the explosion products of the pulse multiphase plasma jet, melting of copper electric contact surface with its products at absorbed power density of 4.5–6.5 GW/m 2 , deposition on the surface of the explosion products with the formation on it of the composite coating of the SnO 2 -Ag system and the subsequent pulse-periodic electron-beam treatment of the coating surface at an absorbed energy density of 40–60 J/cm 2 , the pulse duration is 150–200 microseconds and the number of pulses is 10–30. n EFFECT: invention is aimed at the obtainment of the coating with high electrical conductivity, electric erosion-resistant and adhesion to the substrate at the level of cohesion. n 1 cl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
