titleOfInvention | Method for the living enucleation of rabbit eye |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For intravital enucleation, the rabbit's eye is set with a blepharostat, and a circular incision is made around the limbus with a microsurgical scissor, and the conjunctiva is cut off by 4–5 mm. Isolate the oculomotor muscles with the help of hooks for heterotropy. All muscles are successively intersected at the attachment site to the sclera. Eyeball is captured with microsurgical muscle tweezers or on ligatures, dislocated and shifted up and to the side, opening access to the posterior pole of the eye. Further, a neurotomy is produced, after which the eyeball is removed, bluntly separating the soft tissues from the eyeball in the region of its posterior pole. Suture the wound of the conjunctiva with a continuous suture and perform a permanent blepharoraphy. n EFFECT: method allows to exclude damage to the orbital sinus and prevent the development of massive bleeding. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex |
