abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to toxicology and ecology, and can be used to model chronic toxic coagulopathy in experimental animals. To do this, daily, once a day, introduction of a solution of nickel chloride in a dose of 5 mg/kg to the stomach of a rat in terms of metal is carried out. In this case, 0.5 mg of nickel is contained in a unit of solution equal to 0.2 ml. Administration is carried out for 60 days.EFFECT: method ensures the development of coagulopathy in the animal due to the optimal dose and the duration of exposure to the metal, which can be used in the search for means for the prevention and treatment of this pathology.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
