abstract | FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a silica rubber masterbatch, which can be used for manufacture of tires. Method includes hydrofobization of silica, production of polymer latex using a method of manufacturing emulsion rubber, mixing a compatibilized silica suspension with a polymer latex, curdling of polymer latex, selection of the first rubber, filled with silica, where either a crumb of solution rubber is mixed with a polymer latex with a compatibilized silica suspension, where the crumb of solution rubber is made by method in solution, in which one or more monomers polymerized in organic solvent and coagulated with formation of crumb ofsolution-polymerized rubber, and wherein the first rubber filled with silicon dioxide is silica masterbatch, or the first rubber filled with silicon dioxide is added to manufacturing process of the solution-polymerized rubber to produce the second rubber filled with silica, where the second rubber filled with silicon dioxide is a silica masterbatch, and where silica masterbatch contains a mixture of silicon dioxide, emulsion rubber and solution rubber. n EFFECT: efficient and economical obtaining of silica rubber masterbatch. n 38 cl, 12 tbl |
