titleOfInvention Method for formation of mixed biofilm of paradontopathogenic anaerobic bacteria in vitro
abstract FIELD: microbiology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology. Method for the formation of a mixed biofilm of parodontopathogenic anaerobic bacteria in vitro is proposed. Method comprises applying to a substrate a bacterial suspension of pure cultures Streptococcus sanguinis, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Porphyromonas gingivalis in a concentration of 10 6 -10 8 CFU/ml. Substrate is placed in a micro anaerobic culture apparatus with a constant composition of the oxygen-free gas mixture, which is placed in a shaker-thermostat at 37 °C. As a substrate, human removed single-rooted teeth, previously prepared, with a minimum size of 19 mm are used. Cultivation is carried out for two weeks. n EFFECT: invention provides the reconstruction of a multi-species mixed biofilm in the tissues of the tooth in an environment close to the conditions of development of periodontitis in vivo, to study the effectiveness of methods of chemomechanical processing of teeth. n 1 cl, 12 dwg
