FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. External genital organs are treated with iodopyrone solution 0.5÷1.5 %. Sew the labia minora to the skin near the labia majora on each side, with one nodal suture resorbed suture material. Determine the level of excision of the remains of the hymen on the hymen ring. Hymen is excised and suturing of the mucous membrane of the right and left semicircle of the vagina entrance with a continuous suture is absorbed by suturing material. Then excision of urethrogimenal adhesions is performed in the anterior semicircle, followed by suturing the mucosa with a continuous suture with absorbable suture material 6-0.
