titleOfInvention | Homopolar magnetic bearing for high-speed electric machines |
abstract | FIELD: electrical engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in high-speed electrical machines. Homopolar magnetic bearing consists of a shaft, a rotor, a stator, a radial pole, a housing controlling the winding of the Hall sensor, which makes it possible to measure the magnetic displacement field in the air gap. Permanent magnets magnetized in the axial and diametric direction are located in the rotor and are made in the form of a solid disk. Shaft is made in the form of a shroud of ferromagnetic material. To the disk permanent magnet, magnetized in the axial direction on one side, a disc of non-magnetic material is attached. Axial passive damper is introduced, which has a copper vapor deposition layer under the stator. n EFFECT: is to increase reliability, increase efficiency due to reduction of losses for eddy currents and hysteresis, as well as in the reduction of weight and size parameters due to the use of a radial damper. n 1 cl, 2 dwg |
