abstract | FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of production of complex thermoplastic armored components in form of pellets based on thermoplastic materials, which can be used in manufacture of products covered with a protective polymeric enclosure. Method of production of armored component includes styrene-butadiene rubber DMST(R), indene-coumarone resin, chrysotile, aluminum hydroxide and stearic acid, which is carried out on extruding module. At the same time, thermoelastoplast DMST(R) particles up to 20 mm in size are used, extrusion of granules is performed once, providing the temperature of manufacture of armored pellets from 120 to 145 °C, and when you enter up to 30 wt.% back-and-technological waste from the total number of components is two-fold. n EFFECT: technical result consists in excluding of operation of mixing components in mixer, single extruded pellets, expansion of the range of particle sizes of the used thermoplastic DMST(R). n 1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
