titleOfInvention Method for pyrite cinder pre-processing
abstract FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pyrite cinder processing. Cinders are pelletized using sulfuric acid as a binder. Then pellets are fired at a temperature of 250÷300 °C for 20 min, leaching calcined pellets with water in an ultrasonic field with a wide frequency spectrum and a power density of 0.5÷1.0 W⋅cm -3 within 15÷30 min at 50÷55 °C. Further, filtration of the solution is carried out, extraction of precious metals from the cakes, separation of copper from the liquid phase by cementation on iron, fractional precipitation of non-ferrous and rare metal hydroxides, salting ethanol from a solution in the ultrasonic field of chemically pure ferrous sulfate, then dissolving it in water and precipitation from the ferric hydroxide solution (II) by basification with ammonia to pH 9÷9.5. n EFFECT: technical result is a complex processing of cinder with the extraction of gold, non-ferrous and rare metals and high purity iron. n 1 cl, 2 ex
