abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the production of medical film materials, and discloses a process for producing the hydrogel of polyvinyl alcohol. Method comprises dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in a first solvent – water – followed by the addition of a second solvent – ethyl alcohol, characterized in that the polyvinyl alcohol is ground to a fraction of not more than 0.5 mm, the dissolution of polyvinyl alcohol in water is carried out at a temperature of 70–80 °C, the addition of ethyl alcohol is carried out with a decrease in temperature to 60–70 °C, then the temperature is reduced to 40–50 °C and dimethylsulfoxide, phenoxyethanol and brilliant green are added. n EFFECT: method provides a simplification of the hydrogel preparation process, an improvement of the bactericidal and anesthetic properties of the hydrogel. n 1 cl, 4 ex, 1 tbl |
