titleOfInvention Method for obtaining prophylactic product from black sea algae of genus cystoseira (options)
abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the food industry, namely to a method for obtaining a prophylactic product from brown algae. Above method for obtaining a prophylactic product from Black Sea algae of the Cystoseira genus includes alcohol extraction of freshly harvested algae, as well as storm deposit algae using 96 % ethyl alcohol for 4–5 hours at a ratio of 1:3 at a temperature of 35–40 °C. Further, the obtained extract is mixed with distilled water at a ratio of 3:2, then after 24 hours, the precipitate is filtered off and dissolved in ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1:1. Alternatively, the method for obtaining a prophylactic product from Black Sea algae of the Cystoseira genus includes alcohol extraction of freshly collected Cystoseira branches at the age of 2–3 months using 96 % ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1:3 at room temperature. Then the resulting extract is poured off after 5 hours, and the seaweed is again covered with 96 % ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1:2 and after 4–5 hours the extracts are combined. Then, distilled water is added at a ratio of 3:2, and after 24 hours the precipitate is filtered off and dissolved in ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1:1. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a prophylactic food product from brown algae with a high content of fucoxanthin. n 4 cl, 3 ex
