titleOfInvention Method of age-specific therapy and prevention of connective tissue dysplasia
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, therapy, pediatric and general surgery, and can be used for age-related therapy and prevention of connective tissue dysplasia (DST). To do this, a complete andrological or gynecological examination is performed, after which the patient is prescribed sex hormone therapy, individually selected depending on sex and age, in children it is carried out by stimulating treatment of chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) human in an age dose from 250 ED to 1500 ED 2 times a week IM, courses 1–2 times a year, number of injections is 8–10, under the control of the level of total testosterone, estradiol; male patients at a young age of 20 to 35 years are prescribed chorionic gonadotropin in a dosage from 1500 ED to 2500 ED, at an older age, men use therapy with testosterone “Nebido” for 1 ampoule once every 3 months under the control of the level of sex hormones; in women therapy with hormonal preparations is carried out with individual selection of a parity of sexual hormones, thus the obligatory component of appointed or nominated treatment is a course of medical gymnastics, aimed at increasing the total body weight, with therapy prescribed in childhood, adolescence and young age until the relief of symptoms of hypogonadism and delayed sexual development, while permanent treatment in the form of hormone replacement therapy is prescribed in mature and old age. n EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment of CTD in all age groups due to the normalization of the metabolism of glycosaminoglycans and type I collagen. n 1 cl, 5 ex, 1 tbl
