FIELD: instrument engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a porous membrane for the filtration of protein solutions. Porous membrane comprises a hydrophobic polymer and a water insoluble hydrophilic polymer, the porous membrane having: a dense layer from the outlet side of the membrane in the direction of filtration; gradient asymmetric structure, in which the average diameter of the fine pores increases from the outlet part in the filtration direction to the inlet part in the filtration direction and the index of the gradient of the average pore diameter from the dense layer to the coarse-porous layer is from 0.5 to 12.0. n EFFECT: technical result is the prevention of contamination of fractionated plasma products and biopharmaceutical preparations with foreign substances. n 15 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl |
