titleOfInvention Catalyst for oxidative conversion of ethane to ethylene and method of its reception
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts for oxidative transformations of hydrocarbons, as well as to process for preparation of these catalysts. More particularly, invention relates to oxide promoted MoVTeNb catalysts for oxidative conversion of ethane to ethylene, the most large-tonnage product of modern petrochemicals. Oxide catalyst for the process of oxidative conversion of ethane to ethylene containing molybdenum, vanadium, tellurium, niobium, silicon and one element M from the group consisting of P and Se is described. Catalyst has general formula: Mo 1 V a Te b Nb c (Si+M) d O x , where: M is an element from the group including P and Se, a=0.20–0.40, b=0.15–0.35, c=0.05–0.25, d=0.0001–0.5, x is the number of oxygen atoms required to maintain electroneutrality. Catalyst preparation process includes steps of obtaining wet precursor comprising all elements with predetermined atomic ratio, removing solvent using spray dryer and then stepwise heat treatment of dry precursor. Preparation step of wet precursor includes mixing of two multicomponent solutions, the first of which contains Mo, V, Te and Si, and the second – Nb and M, where M is an element from the group including P and Se. n EFFECT: technical result is a high yield of desired product – ethylene. n 5 cl, 11 ex, 1 tbl
