FIELD: electricity. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an indium alkoxide compound which is obtained by reacting an indium trihalide InX 3 , where X = F, Cl, Br, I, with a secondary amine of formula R' 2 NH, where R'= C 1 C 10 -alkyl, in a molar ratio of 8:1 to 20:1 with respect to indium trihalide, in the presence of an alcohol of general formula ROH, where R = C 1 C 10 -alkyl.
