titleOfInvention Crystalline particles for preparation of solid dosage forms for treatment of bacterial infections, reaction mixture containing such particles, and pharmaceutical composition for treating bacterial infections
abstract FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals. n SUBSTANCE: crystalline particles are proposed containing (R)-3-(4-(2-(2-methyltetrazol-5-yl)pyridin-5-yl)-3-fluorophenyl)-5-hydroxymethyl oxazolidin-2-one dihydrogen phosphate, X-ray diffraction patterns characterized by peaks at 14.7°, 15.2°, 16.6°, 20.3°, 26.8° and 28.2°, and also compositions on their basis, suitable for use in the pharmaceutical industry. New crystalline particles characterized by an average diameter of from 1.0 mcm to 44.0 mcm are proposed, content in addition to the main substance of water and at least one compound selected from: n n n n and n n n n which have increased stability in the manufacture of solid dosage forms for treatment of bacterial infections. n EFFECT: compounds have increased stability in the manufacture of solid dosage forms for treatment of bacterial infections. n 11 cl, 12 dwg, 15 ex, 12 tbl
