abstract FIELD: agriculture; machine building. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, particularly to tillage tools. Set of soil-cultivating tools contains the basic and model assemblies with constructive arrangements of disk interchangeable tools and separate adjusting units and working parts thereto for installation in unified post-and-frame forced micro-vibration actuators, both with prefabricated disks, and their separate replaceable parts. Basic tool set contains a round flat disk, complete with blade cutters along the its side edge, configured to adjust the angle of attack by holders with cone and splined teeth, contacting in the adjustment bushings welded in on the disk edge. In the disk center the drive square hole is made and around it on the greater circle there are six additional fixing holes, by means of which on the housing with a flange adapter flange a complete interchangeable working disk is fixed. In the driving housing cavity two rolling bearings are installed: one from the right edge – two-row radial with balls in the cage, in which inner or outer bushing is with a smooth round surface, and from the left edge – a thrust bearing with six or less balls or rollers in the cage, tightly seated with a central hole on the axis neck with a key, and the by its head axis is welded in to the vertically located drive post. In the thrust bearing in the two guiding sidewalls, tightly and fixedly held in the housing, two matching raceways for the balls or rollers rolling are made in the inner plane, on the same circumference. In the raceways six or less slides are made through the same interval in a circle and in the gap between them six or less depressions to the calculated working depth of 2.2 mm and a total depth by 3.4 mm. During assembly with fixation relative to the other sidewall by its guide raceway with slides and depressions, one bearing sidewall is turned at an angle of 30° for the possibility between the balls or rollers rolling two sidewalls during the housing rotation and performing its forced twelve-fold horizontal micro-vibration for each complete revolution. Mounted on the housing flange flanged adapter has a beveled surface at one flat end face, made for a calculated small size, and a second beveled surface on the opposite end, made at a calculated small size and turned by an angle of 90° relative to the first end, which are, with the flange adapter full revolution, provide independent additional inclined-horizontal four-fold micro-vibration, and together with the housing fixed working disk, enabling the sixteen-fold micro-vibration for each complete revolution. On one drive post, two axes are welded in from the below by the heads, on which two identical housings with working disks are installed, located inclined downwards at an angle of 6°, at that, the two discs are located to the front at an angle of attack of 30° or more. Between the vertically movable hexagonal drive post, protective compression spring is installed fixed against the circular turn and placed on it by guide pipe with a mounting flange on the upper end. By its flange the guide pipe is fixed on the mounting platform, which is installed with possibility of the attachment point changing on a square beam in the agricultural machinery frame. Such tool has a working width of up to 540 mm and provides a depth of up to 230 mm, adjusted by the mechanism in the agricultural machinery frame. At that, blade cutters in two disks can be turned in one direction or towards each other by the set angle of attack of up to 30° and more or can be installed with cutting edges in one line. On discs with blade cutters, complete tubular levelers with sharp spikes on the radial surface can be installed. Kit is equipped with the post-housing drive model assembly, similar by the main housing arrangement to the micro-vibration one with rotating housing, but in which the drive housing is made with the welded in from above fastening eye, for its fastening on the post in the agricultural machinery frame, and also having the horizontally micro-vibration axis rotating in the drive housing thrust bearing. At that, on the housing flange the flanged micro two end faced hopping gasket is installed for the additional four-fold micro-vibration and common withe housing sixteen-fold micro-vibration for each revolution and for operation with one of the complete disks on one post with spring protection, including in the complete rotary-adjustment unit. In the kit there is a model assembly, identical in structure to the drive with the rotating micro-vibration axis in its fixed housing, in which housing drive with a square battery shaft rotating with a bushing is made. At the shaft two ends, two identical drive micro-vibration housings are installed, and any of the complete disks can be installed. Kit has a model assembly by arrangement identical to the complete post-housing micro-vibration drive on one spring-loaded vertically movable rotary-adjustment post with two housings and with two installed replaceable disks. In the kit there are separate universal-model assemblies of complete replaceable blade cutters with working parts, in structure and size identical to the disk implements, and which are used in work in the flat-cutting technology mode with sowing of seeds and fertilizers, through the two or more complete seeds supply pipes on the implement, connected to the pipeline from the agricultural machinery hopper. n EFFECT: such design construction of replacement tools and spare working parts will expand the entire kit functionality, as well as improve quality and productivity in work, reduce labor costs. n 23 cl, 95 dwg
