titleOfInvention | Intravenous laser blood illumination in complex treatment of patients with acute bacterial external otitis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used in the complex treatment of patients with acute bacterial external otitis media. Intravenous laser blood coverage (ILBC) is performed on a background of standard conservative therapy. ILBC is carried out using laser light in the wavelength range 440–445 nm. Mode is continuous, the power is 1–2 mW at the output of the fiber. Exposure depends on the day of treatment: on the 1 st day – 5 minutes, the 2 nd day – 7 minutes, from the 3 rd to the 5 th days – 10 minutes. n EFFECT: use of invention allows to increase effectiveness of treatment by using the most optimal parameters of laser light. n 1 cl, 4 tbl |
