titleOfInvention Process for preparation of a peptide agent with antilithogenic effect
abstract FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a process for the preparation of a peptide agent having an anti-lithogenic effect. Process for the preparation of a peptide agent having an anti-lethogenic effect, wherein the lyophilized dried porcine kidney homogenate is extracted with acetic acid with intermittent stirring, then extract is frozen and then immediately thawed and filtered successively through a filter, the peptides are precipitated with acetone, then precipitate is separated by decantation and centrifugation, the precipitate is collected, dissolved in distilled water, the precipitate of the impurities in the secondary extract is filtered off, the supernatant is subsequently evaporated and dried under certain conditions. n EFFECT: above described method allows to obtain a preparation with a pronounced antilithogenic effect. n 1 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex
