abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maxillofacial and plastic surgery and can be used to conduct a mesh implant in operations to eliminate ptosis of soft tissues of the face and neck. Tool for carrying out the mesh implant is made in the form of an elastic metal plate 0.2-1.5 mm thick, 10-30 mm wide, 100-200 mm long, having a holder, a working part 80-160 mm in length and a rounded end with a length of 10-25 mm. Working part has limiting beads in height 2-6 mm, bent at an angle of 30-45° to the surface of the plate. Rounded end of the plate has an opening, located 2-5 mm from its edge, for temporary fixation of the reticular implant. n EFFECT: technical result of invention is simplification of the mesh implant in soft tissues, the best advancement of the implant without its twisting and rotation. n 1 cl, 3 dwg
