titleOfInvention Oil and gas chemical cluster
abstract FIELD: oil and gas industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas chemical clusters and can be used, mainly, for the development of remote oil fields in extreme climatic conditions. Oil and gas chemical cluster includes at least one high-capacity gas condensate field and at least one small or high-capacity oil field, gas processing and gas chemical plants. Sub-continental gas main with booster pumping stations is envisaged. Natural gas of high-capacity gas condensate fields is to be pumped into the subcontinental gas main. It connects gas condensate fields with the first gas processing plant. Associated petroleum gases of oil fields are to be partially used as energy carriers for industrial and municipal consumers in the development of field infrastructure. Excess of these gases is to be pumped into the subcontinental gas main. Excess gas in the load of the subcontinental gas main is to be bypassed through the bypass gas pipeline, bypassing the first gas processing plant. It is divided into two parts. First part, after merging with the commodity methane fraction of the first gas processing plant, is to be routed into the export mainland fuel pipeline. Second part is provided for enriching the ethane produced at the first gas processing plant and transporting it to the second gas processing plant, communicated with the transport terminal for the transportation of the products produced by tanker vessels and/or container ships in a liquefied state. n EFFECT: ensuring full utilization of associated petroleum gases and ethane for its use as a raw material for gas chemistry and a valuable export product. n 3 cl, 2 dwg
