titleOfInvention | Method of processing of deer antlers |
abstract | FIELD: pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for obtaining biologically active products from antlers. Method of obtaining biologically active products from antlers is characterized in that fresh raw cuts and leather or canned base and leather are used as raw materials, while the raw materials are processed, first by enzymatic hydrolysis of each type of raw material separately under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations, first under the action of the enzyme SG-50 and then the enzyme papain, hydrolysates of each feed after enzymatic hydrolysis are filtered, and the oilcakes are sent for further processing, where each cake is separately subjected to alcohol extraction, after which the filtration is carried out and extracts from each kind of raw material are combined with the extracts obtained after enzymatic hydrolysis, and the oil cakes are individually subjected to high-temperature aqueous extraction, and after filtering each extract, they are combined with the extracts from the previous processing steps, and the cake from the processing of the pant base is dried in a vacuum and ground, and the cake from the processing of the skin is utilized, under certain conditions. n EFFECT: above described method allows to produce over five different biologically active substances that can be used in medicine, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
