titleOfInvention | Cardiovascular nutritive medium for diagnosis of infection in blood circular and method of its obtaining |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to biotechnology and clinical microbiology. Cardiovascular nutrient medium for diagnostics infection in blood stream and method of its obtaining are proposed. Method involves dissolving enzymatic hydrolyzate of casein, yeast extract, sodium chloride, glucose, sodium thioglycollate, L-cysteine hydrochloride, agar-agar in distilled water, boiling for 2–3 minutes, followed by addition of sterile solutions of brain extract of cattle, heart extract of cattle, hemin, menadione and tween-80 in predetermined ratio of components to nutrient medium. Resulting nutrient medium is dispensed into vials, clogged and replaced by air in vials with nitrogen, followed by final bottle sealing with aluminum cap and rolling. n EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency of obtaining blood culture of pathogen from blood. n 3 cl, 3 ex, 4 tbl |
