abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a method for visualizing positron emission tomography (PET) LRRK2 in an object tissue, according to which: a compound of formula I I where m is 0 or 1; X is -NH; R 1 is C 1-6 alkyl, C 3-6 cycloalkyl; R 2 is a halo-C 1-6 alkyl; R 3 is -OR 4 ; R 4 is C 1-6 alkyl; halo-C 1-6 alkyl; n is 0 or 1; R 5 and R 6 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form morpholine; and R 7 is a halo; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound comprises at least one C 11 or F 18 label; allow the compound to penetrate into the tissue of the object and collect a PET image of the CNS tissue or brain.
