titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining the natural biopolimer of apizane and its application for activation of cultures of animal cells in vitro during virus reproduction |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Group of inventions has been announced: the method for producing the natural biopolymer of apizane and application of apizane as the additive into the nutrient medium. Method for obtaining the natural biopolymer of apizane for the activation of animal cell cultures in vitro during virus reproduction involves crushing into powder of the dead bees, pre-drying of the crushed dead bees up to 4–6 % with subsequent production of chitin by means of deproteinization of the 30 % sodium hydroxide solution in the ratio of 1:3, for 6 hours at the temperature of 75 °C and washing with distilled water. Chitin is activated by means of radiolysis of the product at the Puma gamma unit at the dose of 10.0 Gy with the exposure dose rate of 3.13 × 10 -5 Cl/kg⋅s, washed with distilled water to the neutral pH and lyophilized in order to obtain the finished product – apizane. Resulting apizane is added to the nutrient medium at the predetermined ratio of components. n EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase the yield of biomass of animal cells. n 1 cl, 7 ex, 8 tbl |
