titleOfInvention | Switching arrangements for ultrasonic surgical instruments |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to ultrasonic and electrosurgical systems. Switching mechanism for an ultrasonic surgical instruments, including a handle body, which is capable of being held by one hand, comprises a first switching device, functionally fixed to the front part of the handle housing, which can be selectively rotated with respect to at least one first switching contact, second switching device, right or left shift buttons. Right shift button is fixed to the right side of the handle housing, can be selectively rotated with respect to at least one right switching contact, fixed in the handle housing. Left shift button is mobile attached to the left side of the handle housing, can be selectively rotated with respect to at least one left switching contact, fixed in the handle housing. First and second switching devices are configured to selectively press one hand to hold the handle body. Ultrasonic surgical instrument includes a switching mechanism for an ultrasonic surgical instrument. Switching mechanism for an ultrasonic surgical instrument has a handle body, a button mechanism, which is mobile attached to the handle body for selective axial and rotational movement with respect to the first switching contact, a central switching contact, a right switching contact, and a left switching contact, that the axial movement of the button mechanism in the first direction leads to the fact that the button mechanism activates the central switching contact, and the rotary movement of the button mechanism in the first rotation direction causes the button mechanism to activate the left switching contact, and the rotary movement of the button mechanism in the second rotation direction causes the button mechanism to activate the right switching contact. n EFFECT: use of a group of inventions makes it possible to expand the arsenal of ultrasound and electrosurgical systems. n 20 cl, 7 tbl, 128 dwg |
