Acceptable for injections sterile water composition on the basis of stitched hyaluronic acid and hydroxyapatite for application in plastic surgery |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Described is a composition in the form of a viscoelastic gel with cohesively bonded particles, comprising: i) crosslinked hyaluronic acid or one of its salts with a concentration in the range of 1 to 4 % (w/v); ii) hydroxyapatite with a concentration in the range of 5 to 60 % (w/v), wherein the hydroxyapatite is in the form of particles with an average size, less than or equal to 200 mcm; and said suitable for injections sterile aqueous composition has viscoelastic properties, so that tan δ at a frequency of 1 Hz is less than or equal to 0.60. n EFFECT: described is a composition in the form of a viscoelastic gel with cohesively bonded particles. n 15 cl, 1 dwg, 4 ex |
