titleOfInvention | Method for early diagnostics of chronic kidney disease in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in therapy, pulmonology, nephrology for the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Levels of serum creatinine (SCr), urea (SUrea) are determined. A study of body composition is conducted. The phase angle factor (PAF) is determined. The active cell mass fraction factor (K acm ) is determined. The serum urea ratio (K Urea ) is determined. R - the correction factor for men and for women according to the claimed formulas is identified. Further, according to the formula of the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) with the use of a correction factor, its significance is clarified for men and women, according to the claimed formulas. Based on the obtained values of GFR, the CKD stage is determined. n EFFECT: method allows to increase reliability and accuracy of diagnostics due to evaluation of the most significant indicators. n 3 tbl, 4 ex |
