abstract | FIELD: oil and gas industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to the production of ceramic proppants, in particular to the preparation of a raw mixture intended for the production of medium-density and lightweight magnesian-quartz proppants with a bulk density of 1.4–1.65 g/m 3 . Raw batch for the production of magnesian-quartz proppant contains a mixture of pre-calcined magnesium silicate component with a siliceous component crushed to a fraction of less than 80 microns, has in its composition 17–34 wt% MgO, the siliceous component is the waste of enrichment of sodium-potassium feldspar of Malyshevsky deposit administration with the following average chemical composition, mass% (in terms of calcined substance): SiO 2 – 84, Al 2 O 3 – 9, MgO – 0.7, Fe 2 O 3 – 0.5, CaO – 0.3, K 2 O – 3.5, Na 2 O – 2. Invention is developed in a subclaim.
