FIELD: pharmacology. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a means for photodynamic therapy, which includes: 13(1)-N-{2-[N-(clozo-monocarbadodecaboron-1-yl)methyl]aminoethyl}amide-15(2),17(3)-dimethyl ester of chlorin e6: 0.047 wt %, phosphatidylcholine: 7.808 wt %, cholesterol: 1.401 wt %, DSPE-PEG-2000 - 0.129 wt %, sucrose - 11.4 wt %, DSPE-PEG (5000) Folate - 0.59 wt %, deionized water up to 100 wt %, with an allowable deviation from these values by ±5%; and also to a freeze dried powder obtained from this agent. n EFFECT: increased selectivity of agent accumulation in tumour cells and high photodynamic activity. n 2 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
