titleOfInvention Method for predicting adverse reactions of the sick or aged people
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to functional diagnostics. Evaluation is made of the onset of system desynchronism in the body, for which a continuous monitoring of the ratio of the heart rate to the respiratory rate (HR/RR) is performed for a time interval of at least 100 respiratory intervals. Histogram of the HR/RR ratio is plotted, and the number of interval counts in the histogram is at least 8. Determination of the magnitude of its asymmetry relative to the individual rate, defined as the ratio of HR/RR in the patient's calm state in the sitting position with the help of the asymmetry coefficient and the Pearson asymmetry index. Forecasting the occurrence of adverse reactions of the organism if the values of the deviations of the asymmetry coefficient and the Pearson asymmetry index relative to the individual norm amount to not less than 20 %. n EFFECT: method allows to reliably and quickly predict the onset of adverse reactions of the human body. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
