abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. After performing the main stage of the operation under the dura mater (TMO), a tachocomb plate is placed on the surface of the brain with a margin of 0.5-1.0 cm in size along the entire wound shape, extending beyond the size of the TMO incision. Plate of tachocomb is laid with the adhesive side containing the active substances to the TMO, and side containing no active substances on the surface of the brain. n EFFECT: method allows to reduce postoperative complications in form of liquorrhea development, which is achieved due to the laying of the tachocomb plate under the TMO and the adhesive side to the TMO. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
