abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to general surgery, combustiology and aesthetic surgery. Wound is prepared and the histo-equivalent bioplastic material is applied to it, in the holes of which viable autogenous tissues are placed. In this case, viable pieces of skin tissue are preliminarily placed in a culture medium, which contains a total of 0.01% of the mass fraction of enzymes of collagenase and hyaluronidase, for 72 hours at a temperature of 36-37°C. Resulting autogenous cellular suspension is distributed over the wells of a histoequivalent-bioplastic material, which is then placed for 24 hours in a cell culture box, after which the histoequivalent-bioplastic material is placed on the wound surface. n EFFECT: method allows to shorten the period of regeneration of integumentary tissues in conditions of wound process for wound healing without dressings. n 1 cl, 3 dwg |
