titleOfInvention | Method for producing composite nanostructures: silicon dioxide - silver |
abstract | FIELD: nanotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology for the production of composite nanostructures-ordered multilayers of silicon dioxide microspheres and silver nanoparticles. In the long term the nanostructures of this type could serve as elements of so-called lab-on-chip, allowing for the study of living cells in an intact state, wherefore it may be used directly for diagnosis of diseases in medicine or for the examination in forensic science. The deposition of silver nanoparticles to silicon dioxide microspheres with a variable aggregate structure and shadowing effect is alternately performed on both the "front" and "back" side of a parallel-plane substrate at angles of 0, 45, 135, and 180° by rotating the substrate in steps of 45° without breaking vacuum. The process of deposition of silver nanoparticles at angles of 90° is simultaneously performed on both the "front" and "back" sides of the parallel-plane substrate. n EFFECT: creation of composite nanostructures with the effect of plasmon resonance in the transparency region of biotissues of 100-800 nm. n 2 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex |
