titleOfInvention Inactivated bivalent hydro oxide aluminum vaccine against campilobacteriosis of dogs
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and veterinary medicine and can be used to prevent and treat campylobacteriosis in dogs. Bivalent vaccine against campylobacteriosis of dogs contains a formalized antigen from the Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus strain and adjuvant of 2% aluminum hydroxide on phosphate buffered saline, as well as a formalinized antigen from the Campylobacter jejuni sudspecies jejuni strain with a concentration of a mixture of antigens of 2 billion microbial cells per 1 ml of the vaccine at a ratio of 1.5: 0.5 (1.5 part of the Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus strain and 0.5 part of the Campylobacter jejuni subspecies jeuni strain). n EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the arsenal of funds for the treatment and prophylaxis of campylobacteriosis. n 1 cl, 3 tbl
