abstract | FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to experimental cardiac pharmacology, and can be used in a comprehensive assessment of the activity of pharmacological agents on an isolated rat heart. For this, method includes the registration of indices of contractility under conditions of imposing a high rhythm of contractions and hypercalcium load on the heart. At the same time, the parameters of the contractile function of the left ventricle are recorded, then a 20-minute perfusion of the heart with a solution containing 5 mmol/l of Ca 2+ is performed to determine the dynamics of the diastolic stress. In the future, the reduction frequency is set to 480 bpm for 15 seconds using an electric stimulator.
