abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: immunochromatographic test system for detection of pathogenic H. pylori strains based on cagA protein is a multimembrane composite consisting of a nitrocellulose membrane with a membrane impregnated with a monoclonal antibody conjugate, a HP-387 clone at a concentration of 20 mcg⋅cm -3 with nano-particles of colloidal gold with an average diameter of 30 nm, a sample membrane and an adsorbing membrane.
