abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: group of objects, including method for Dickeya solani bacteria determination by loop isothermal amplification (LAMP), and a set of primers for Dickeya solani bacteria determination by loop isothermal amplification (LAMP). In one of the versions of the invention in the reaction of target gene sequence plot amplification, a set of oligonucleotide primers is used, including: a FIP primer with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 7, or its homologue, a BIP primer with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 8, or its homologue, an F3 primer with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 9, or its homologue, a B3 primer with a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 10, or its homologue; with these FIP, BIP, F3 and B3 primer homologues having homology not less than 95% compared to the corresponding nucleotide markers sequences SEQ ID NOs: 7, 8, 9 and 10, provided that such homologous primers can hybridize with the target infB gene coding the translation initiation factor IF-2. n EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for Dickeya solanibacteria determination. n 8 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex
