titleOfInvention | Method for ceruloplasmine concentration prediction for trained workers exposed to mercury |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method for prediction of ceruloplasmin concentration in trained workers exposed to mercury includes determination of the ceruloplasmin level and gamma-glutamyltransferase activity in the blood serum, the period of work under mercury exposure is calculated 4-5 years after from the current time, and the results of patient examination are substituted into the equation: Y=-3.77665+3.77665+0.31061×GGT 1 +0.00518×WORKPERD 2 2 +2.01893×CP 1 -0.02850×CP 1 2 where Y is the predicted concentration of ceruloplasmin after 4-5 years, -3.77665 is the constant; 0.31061, 0.00518, 2.01893, 0.02850 are predictor coefficients; GGT 1 is the concentration of gamma-glutamyl transferase in the serum at the time of the examination (U/l), not exceeding 200 U/l; CP 1 is the concentration of ceruloplasmin in the serum for the predicted moment (WORKPERD 2 at the moment of examination +4-5 years). n EFFECT: method allows to judge the risk of cardiovascular diseases development and develop a program for their prevention in a timely manner. n 1 tbl, 3 ex |
