abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which includes a general clinical examination, determination of the level of micro-and macroalbuminuria, cystatin C content in blood serum and calculation of the glomerular filtration rate for creatinine and cystatin C (CysC), distinguished by determination of vasculoendothelial growth factor (VEGF-A), endothelin-1 (et-1) in the blood plasma, determination of nephrine content in the urine, and at vasculoendothelial growth factor (VEGF-A) of 1000-1549 pg/ml, endothelin-1 (et-1) of 1.48-2.0 fmol/ml, nephrine of 20-50 ng/ml and cystatin C (CysC) of 1.02-1.05 mg/ml, preclinical-stage of CKD is diagnosed in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. n EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of determination of the preclinical stage of chronic kidney disease. n 2 tbl, 2 ex
