abstract | FIELD: pharmacology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I n n n n or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or optical isomer thereof, wherein, in formula I, n is selected from 1 to 7, R 1 means C 3 -C 7 hydrocarbyl, which may be unsubstituted or optionally substituted by halogen, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, heterocyclyl or aryl; R 2 is aryl or heteroaryl containing one or more heteroatoms selected from N, O or S which may be unsubstituted or optionally substituted by one or more substituents of halogen, phenyl, -OR 6 , -SR 6 , -NR 6 R 7 , -NHCOR 6 , -CONR 6 R 7 , -CN, -NO 2 , -COOR 6 , -CF 3 or linear or branched C 1 -C 4 hydrocarbyl, R 6 and R 7 can denote a hydrogen atom or linear or branched C 1 -C 4 hydrocarbyl; R 3 is hydroxyl, halogen, alkoxy or acyloxy.
