titleOfInvention | Method for teeth displacement in patients with distal occlusion |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: silicone mould of the upper and lower jaws is obtained. Plaster models of the upper and lower jaws are made. The models are installed in the occludator. Orthodontic crowns are made on the second premolars and second molars of the upper jaw by stamping. The structure is fitted in the oral cavity, a silicone impression with orthodontic crowns is obtained and a plaster model is made. On the plaster model, orthodontic crowns are soldered to a palatal wire clasp using palladium silver solder and wire shoots are soldered to vestibular and palatal surfaces of the second molars. The ends of the wire shoots are rounded using a drill, the structure is bleached, ground and polished. Then the structure is installed in the oral cavity. An orthodontic button is installed on the palatal surface of the first molars. Orthodontic chains are installed on the palatal and vestibular surfaces on each side. During monitoring inspections, distal movement of teeth 2.6 and 1.6, is revealed, treatment is continued to achieve a desired result, then the device is removed and the phase of orthodontic treatment using braces begins.EFFECT: method allows to provide a controlled impact on the first molars of the upper jaw, as well as to create a rigid support structure to move the upper jaw molars distally, and provide additional support for braces.3 dwg, 1 ex |
