abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of generating Antigen-specific cytotoxic cells possessing antitumor cytotoxic activity against cells of non-small cell lung cancer, comprising obtaining dendritic cells from peripheral blood monocytes of a patient with non-small cell lung cancer, culturing dendritic cells in the presence of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophagic colony stimulating factor (rhGM-CSF) and interleukin-4 (rhIL-4), followed by tumor antigen loading and maturation with tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) for 24 hours, after which the mature dendritic cells are cultured in conjunction with the non-stick fraction of autologous mononuclear cells, where the co-cultivation of mature dendritic cells and non-stick fraction of autologous mononuclear cells is performed in the presence of 1-methyl-L-tryptophan (1 MT). n EFFECT: invention allows generating of in vitro T-cell clones with the activity of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes and T-helper type 1, necessary for the formation of an effective antitumor response against non-small cell lung cancer cells. n 1 tbl |
