FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for determination of tumour B lymphoblasts availability markers to establish the primary structure of the major immunoglobulin heavy chain genes. The absence of major products of BCR locus amplification indicates the absence of tumour B-lympholasts.
