titleOfInvention Method for obtaining of analytical test system based on suspension microchips for diseases markers detection
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: suspension microchips are created by optical coding of microspheres of various diameters with fluorescent dyes with their subsequent conjugation with biological recognition molecules. Detecting components are created by conjugating biological detection molecules with fluorescent dyes. For optical coding of microspheres of different diameters, semiconductor fluorescent nanocrystals are used, which are layered on the surface of microspheres. At that, a layer of semiconductor fluorescent nanocrystals of the same colour is spatially separated from the adjacent layer of semiconductor fluorescent nanocrystals of a different colour by three or more layers of polyelectrolytes. To form the outer layer of polyelectrolyte, a polymer is used that includes functional groups for specific and/or oriented conjugation of biological recognition molecules. To label the biological detection molecules, fluorescent dyes excited at one wavelength with the applied semiconductor fluorescent nanocrystals are used. n EFFECT: invention allows creation of test systems that allow detection and quantification of a variety of different protein markers, for example, oncological diseases of female reproductive system, using flow cytometry on standard flow cytometers. n 22 cl, 3 dwg
