abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the composite material performed in the form of a thread based on a thermoplastic polymer with added bioactive ceramic component and can be used for the implementation of 3D printing of bioresorbable structures of medical purpose by the method of fusing fibres (Fused Filament Fabrication, FFF). The proposed composite material in the form of bioactive polymer contains polylactide and hydroxyapatite in the following component ratio, wt %: polylactide - 55-80, hydroxyapatite - 20-45. The size of the hydroxyapatite particles is in the range of 200 to 1000 nm, and the diameter of the bioactive polymer filament is 1.7 mm. n EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of forming bioresorbable structures of medical purpose with increased osteoconductivity by the method of layer-by-layer 3D printing while increasing the accuracy of layer-by-layer fused deposition of the thread in the formation of products, maintenance products made from the specified threads is possible up to a temperature of 60 degrees without changing the functional characteristics. n 7 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
