The installation is characterized in that it additionally comprises a programmable controller that ensures that the operating mode of each electrochemical reactor is corrected by sensors. The controller provides the ability to regulate the rate of the aqueous solution of chloride fed, regulate the power supply of each electrochemical reactor, and correct the excess pressure in the anode chambers, in addition, each electrochemical reactor has a separate power source, and the anode chambers of the electrochemical reactors are designed to maintain an overpressure in relation to the pressure in the cathode chambers. n EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the device by saving energy consumed. n 6 cl, 2 dwg
