abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: surgical threads are introduced and fixed in neck soft tissues. Surgical absorbable threads with locking means in the form of a back-to-back directed notches are used and five threads in are introduced through the skin puncture into the mastoid area using an atraumatic cannula. Threads are introduced fan-shaped and evenly through the places of splicing of the posterior edge of platism and nodding muscle in the subcutaneous tissue.The ends of the threads are fixed on the front side of the neck along the line from the chin to the jugular notch. n EFFECT: method allows to reduce the traumatism of intervention, increase the duration of neck tissues fixation in order to rejuvenate it. n 2 dwg
